  • ✔ Annual Subscription Fee of UShs.3,000,000/=
  • ✔ Non Refundable Development Fund of UShs.2,000,000/=
  • ✔ Copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association
  • ✔ Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
  • ✔ Location of Registered office and contact (email, telephone numbers)
  • ✔ Company logo in JPEG or PNG format shared via email
  • ✔ Names of Directors and Principal Officer
  • ✔ Names of the Management team of the Company
  • ✔ Primary contact or coordinator if different from principal officer
